Quiet Time

You know the expression; 'Silence is golden'.

But it is not silence, so much as quiet time to ourselves that many of us really need. And whilst we may arrange our schedule, find some solitude, even close our eyes, our ears are still subliminally taking in the busy world outside.

Give them something natural to focus on; nature's sounds. Keep the volume low, in the background, and do whatever else you enjoy - reading, knitting, whatever…

These recordings offer gentle sonic textures, with enough diversity for enjoyable background listening.

You may not be taking a quiet walk in the park, but your ears will be.
