Cheery Bulbuls! Bulbuls have some of the most delightful and cheerful songs of all India's birds. There are many species found across Asia, but the Red-whiskered and Red-vented Bulbuls of India have particularly pretty songs, and are commonly heard in woodlands and forests across the country. Here we listen to them singing in the wild, where their joyful songs and perky personalities enliven the countryside, from woodlands adjacent to traditional villages, to the depths of evergreen forests. Here is an album of birdsong that will make you smile.
