Payment Methods:

Our online shop uses Paypal as a payment gateway. With Paypal you have the flexibility to pay by:

  • Funds from a Paypal account, or
  • a range of credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discovery, Switch, to name a few). You can pay directly by credit card even if you do not have a Paypal account. After checkout, you will be taken to the Paypal site, and on your invoice select the option: "If you do not currently have a PayPal account click here".
  •    Please note - We DO NOT accept Paypal's eCheque option because it can take a week or more to clear funds. This causes delays that have frustrated customers, and over which we have no control.  eCheque draws funds from your bank account (like a cheque), either because you've set your Paypal account up that way, or alternate funds (credit card or Paypal account) are not available. If you wish to use funds from your bank account, simply transfer funds into your Paypal account, and when that is cleared, place your order. That way you can monitor when payment has cleared.

If you contact us directly, we can also arrange payment by:

  • Credit Cards; Visa or Mastercard only (sorry, we do not accept American Express due to high charges)
  • Cheque or Australia Post Money Order (for Australian customers ONLY), or
  • Direct bank deposit; email us for bank account details
 

Download purchases:

Your online payment will be processed automatically. Within approximately 15 minutes (dependent upon the time Paypal takes to verify the transaction from either your account or bank) you will be sent an email containing link(s) to download your album(s).

You will have 7 days in which to download your purchases, and our system is configured to allow you 6 attempts. If you are unable to access your downloads in that time, or have any other problems, please contact us.

Regular (mp3) format: All download albums are formatted as zip (compressed archive) files. You will be downloading one file which decompresses to a folder of mp3 audio tracks. These can then be imported directly into iTunes or uploaded to your mp3 player.

It is most likely that your computer already has a decompression utility available, and this function will be done automatically on download. However you may require an expansion utility such as 'Stuffit Expander' or 'BetterZip', which can be downloaded free from the internet. For further suggestions, see our FAQ page.

FLAC format: Our albums are also available as CD-quality (16bit/44.1 kHz) downloads in FLAC format (lossless compression). You'll find most of our album catalogue available on the shop. However due to restrictions on our server space, not all albums are listed. We're happy to add any titles not already there, just email us for more information or requests. CD purchases:

Postage and packaging rates:

  • Within Australia (including GST); $5.20 for one CD, and $0.80 per additional CD (eg: 3 CDs = $6.80, or 7 CDs = $10)
  • Overseas; $11 for one CD, and $3.00 per additional CD (eg: 3CDs = $17 or 7 CDs=$29.00)


 Multiple successive orders problem:

If you are a macintosh user, we have identified a problem with placing successive orders on our shop - whilst your first order should process perfectly, there is a likelihood that a second order may not process at all. This seems to be due to the way cookies are handled on mac browsers (both Safari and Firefox have this problem), and despite much discussion with our software partners, we have been unable to find a fix for this issue. However - it is easy to work around. To make multiple successive orders, simply quit your browser and launch again, which should clear the problem. This bug does not appear to affect Windows users.
